The U.S. House has just stopped President Barack Obama from implementing a plan which would result in forcing more affluent neighborhoods to accept low-income and high-density housing. The House has voted 229-193 for a measure which would stop the Department of Housing and Urban Development from implementing the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) regulation.
